    I think it's unique, I like the fabrics, I think if the blue would have matched the main fabric you would have liked it better. But really, I like it, it's different. You did a beautiful job with it.

    It doesn't matter what we think. What will your niece think?

    I love the pattern and the fabrics, but, to be honest, it's kind of busy for me. I have some color challenges, and some colors and entire fabrics 'disappear' in a busy quilt when I look at it, so I truly might be missing something.

    (Until I learned that i had color issues, I thought everyone else did (LOL))

    What I can see is that the quilting is great!

    Since she picked it out, I am sure she will be pleased. Glad it is done for you to give it to her. There is a woman in our little quilt group that has finished a GFG and she vows, "never again." Imagine each of us has had one.
