I don't think I would order from them, I haven't yet.
Eddie maybe the regular people everyone else has had were absent when you contacted them. I don't blame you for not giving them anymore business.

I had a thread on there a few days ago about the same problems. I was contacted by the manager of the customer service dept. through instant message here on the board. I called the # he gave me, had to leave a message. That was Friday. I still haven't had a return call. I will try again tomorrow.
