Has anyone else had problems with them.

I ordered 8 patterns from DOXIE SHOP.COM They are closing there shop and had a great sale. I ordered on Jan 7 and have not received my order yet. I have called them several times and get no answer. They also are not answering their e-mail. They have however have charged my account for the purchace. Not sure what other option I have with them.

If they are having a close out sale, it may take several weeks to process all the orders. I am sure if your account has been charged they filled the order. I would just keep calling eventially someone will answer the phone. I ordered some stuff from a close out sale and I had all but given up on ever getting it. after about 6 weeks I got it and actually had forgot that I had ordered it. Good Luck, I hope you can reach them.

I had a problem with Doxie Shop about a year ago. I ordered a pattern and they sent me the wrong one. I called and called and called, then emailed and emailed and emailed. Got absolutely no response so I called my credit card company and had them take the charge off my card. I never did hear from them to this day. It is no wonder they are closing up.

It was a balance in my Paypal account. I went in and Paypal had cancelled the hold as of today, and put the money back in my Paypal account. So basically, Paypal held my money for a month, but DoxieCo never collected it. Hmmm. At least I am not out any money.
