Moonrise - such a sweet love story. Congrats on 30 yrs. My MIL & FIL were married at 16 & 20, they celebrated 73 yrs of marriage before they were killed together in an auto accident. It was truly a blessing they went home to Jesus together. Being together so long, it would have been devastating to be apart. So glad you're out of your quilting funk! Enjoy the Boom and your deer quilt will be amazing.

Joan- Yes, I'm getting those annoying pop-ups also. Seem like if they ask you once, you shouldn't have to see it again.

Bootsy - Glad you made it to CA safely!! Hope you enjoy your new home. Rancho Cucamonga & Glendora are 45 mins/1hr from you. I was raised in Glendora and I know they have a cute quilt shop there. Rancho C is a great area and should have a nice shop there also.

I'm seeing all this beautiful fabric being posted and wish I could participate so bad! I certainly will be checking in as often as I can to see what awesome blocks are being made. I can say that this cancer zaps your energy for sure. The doctors are keeping close tabs on me so that is reassuring. I start the road to recovery on Monday, chemo and radiation will begin. I hope it will be a short journey, hopefully I'll learn more when they give me my schedule or treatments.
I want all of you to know how very much I appreciate your kindness, prayers and support. It truly means more than you will ever know or that I can express to you. Thank you

Jaba, ((((((Hugs)))))) Try to take good care of yourself through these treatments. Make yourself eat, at least a little, even if you're not hungry, high protein stuff. That will help give you some energy. Saying my prayers for you very often, my friend. Wish I could be there to hold your hand through this thing.

Like everyone else I'll be thinking of you as you battle this. I know it's not much but I hope it helps that you matter to all of us and we look forward too you popping in this boom round to say hi whenever you are feeling up to it.
