    I just bought the mylar at Joanne's with my coupon. Now I'll have to check out those stamps.

    Thanks for all the useful and interesting ideas everyone comes up with. I really spend to much time here every day, but keeps me off the streets.lol

    Being very frugal (cheap) I make my own from the plastic tops of spread containers. Do a running stitch around the edge, draw the thread and it's just like making a yoyo. Originally I put a hole in each one but found it's not necessary. Once they are sewn together, snip the gathering thread on the hexagon that is surrounded and the plastic will pop out.

    The site is all EPP. They have free design pages & tons of different PP shapes, etc.

    i just use card stock paper and print the sheets for free off my printer and cut out. check here for some to get you started. the cardstock ones can be used many time by the way.

    for alot of info and tutitotials. go to heading up top design sheets pdf downloads:

    (is another good site for the hexes and many others charts)

    I used cardboard stock paper and found the hexagon printout online or you could draw your own then print them out. You'd need quite a bunch to start with. As mentioned elsewhere, I punched a hole in the center (didn't have to be exact) and I used a small pin to hold in place. Once sewn to another block, I took the cardboard piece out and re-used. this work for me anyway. Good Luck !!
