    Gorgeous quilt!

I have also used the really cheap paper napkins..but tore them off. Think i will make a small piece and leave them in and then wash it..see what happens

Great quilt. Love the idea of using the paper tape. I think I'll try this too. Just happen to have several rolls of the stuff on hand and didn't know what to do with it....LOL

What a good idea. No mess and also no locking washing machine. I wonder if you could do the same for paper piecing. Put it altogether and wash. Might try a bag today and see.

I use ticket tape to put zippers in. I despise taking out zips when they are crinkled so paper is the way to get smooth zips every time!! Now I need to use it for a quilt!!

Love your quilt, great use of scraps, I love the way you used the white sashing between strips of colors.

I would not wait to get the paper off. It sometimes turns into hard little balls and you could be sorry. I always remove the paper before I assemble the quilt.

Was I STUPID! I thought cash tape meant saving each receipt we receive from purchases at CVS, Walmart, Target, etc. I've been saving forever and trying to figure the best way to join them. I just threw all those receipts in the trash. Ha!
