So interesting to read...I take photos and they are all over the place in different folders in my computer that need to be reorganized...a nice rainy day project. Oh wait I can sew on a rainy day! Like just janet said...there's always a new quilt in my head. When I got the LA 18 months ago, I did start a journal listing of the quilt, batting, type of backing used; how many bobbins I needed; what stitch I used; type of thread; any trouble with thread; as well as what I needed to remind my self to do. Early on I kept quilting too close to the front bar; a couple of times of that and you quickly learn where to gauge the stitching. Has been helpful now that I have 2 GD's enjoying the LA.

I keep photos of all the quilt's I've made. The date is on the "info" screen for each photo, where I also keep the name of the recipient and pattern name. That's enough for me. I really enjoy paging through the slideshow of my quilts. It's fun to show others too.
