I've got LOTS of projects which are unfinished. I want to join, I NEED to join, however I am honestly slow...Can I try?

I've spent the last two days working on a quilt that I was trying to make a Block of the Month last spring. I put it down by last summer and now I'm on it again. However, in the two days I haven't made a lot of progress. It's a McKenna Ryan quilt and all the tiny cutting is...well REALLY time consuming.

Maybe cut it into diamonds and put it back together again?

How about cutting it into 6 or 8 pieces, turn each piece 90 degrees, and then put it back together?

How about using the top as fabric, and cut it into a jacket or vest?

I just did a crazy quilt jacket - I love the finished product. Unfortunately, I wasn't smart enough to verify the size on the pattern, so now I can't wear the jacket I just made - it is too small for me. Any body interested in a new jacket?

OK, all better now. Have to catalog my UFOs and WIPs. Does that count? lol
So after cataloging are you going find time to sew

Those patterns are beautiful but crazy. I have one still in the box.

count me in! I didn't make it for the last UFO challenge that was supposed to be done by midnight tonight. Got way too carried away with making all those Christmas presents. So my resolution, or one of them, is to finish all these things that have been piling up, quilt tops and table runners, wall hangings, so this works perfectly for me. Gonna start with the birthday quilt for my BFF Cathy, here b-day was last March and I am still trying to finish the quilt!!!

I will try, started a BOM also, but this should be interesting to see if outside motivation helps.

I don't have 12 but I have one of which is a half cutout king size pieced geese quilt I started for my son 5 years ago,if I get that done this year I'll consider myself a winner. Thanks for the push
