Jingleberry People who receive free fabrics or patterns or whatever and never bother to acknowledge receipt![/quote]

Now I feel really bad.......... when I was sent cards, fabric and blocks when my DD was going through withdrawals and then surgery for her brain injury I was lucky to start a thread and it was a general thank you. I barely had the time to do that let alone send each person a PM thanking them. I hope everyone who sent me things understood I wasn't not acknowledging your kindness I couldn't.

After telling them to "MUMBLE UP because I can't understand them" a few times, I find they stop mumbling.

I feel like that they can't appreciate the wonderful things they have. So therefore, they need to go back to the HYPHENATED place and see how they like that part. They don't really appreciate what they have. If someone has a feature that is different from me, be it eyes, color of skin or whatever I can see the differnce. Throwing it in my face is not necessary!

hyphenated-Americans (sorry, but it bugs me, why not just American?)

Driving down the road or on the freeway and the person ahead of me -- for no seeming reason -- slam on their brakes. I do not tailgate. THANK GOD or I would be rearending half the population of Los Angeles County. They are not all old people. A lot of them are on a cell phone tho.

Thanks! I feel better already!

BUT, if I forward it (thus continuing the curse, in my opinion), then I'll get a gazillion dollars in the mail, etc.

I told her to REALY think about the message she's sending! If I don't do her bidding, then my life becomes a shambles. Somehow, I think God will forgive me if I ignore these types of emails. I can think of my own prayers and, prefer not to buy into such superstitious nonsense. Not to be irreligious but what is a Novena? A prayer?

Sorry, had to vent. Guess this is really a pet peeve of mine!
