I have to get mine out, will be by Friday at the latest! I didn't get a 2nd set made like I had hoped, but that's ok! :-) I love seeing all the sets coming together, Sandpat you've got quite the job ahead of you! :)

Well I sent mine out today and already feel a bit lost not having something to work on. Maybe I'll start working on the dog blocks. I made this today for my daughters B-day. Not a quilt but sort of quilted.

Oh I love it!!!! Nice work.

I am working on my last block and boy, satin stitching is hard and not working well even on my Bernina. Switched to a blind stitch, but not the same effect I wanted. Oh well, at least they will be done. Will add the eyes and whiskers on the mouse and tail then mail tomorrow. I hope I can last till then. Getting real tired and stitching isn't even keeping me awake.

Love the little clutch. I bet she will love it. I like the Chinese coin/button thing on front with butterfly. Matches fabric really well.

It is just a card wallet. I keep all my business, appt and coffee punch cards in mine. Keeps my wallet from being so cluttered.

That a very good idea marsha. Girl, how is it that you don't have any projects? Want one of mine? I might even send you the fabric to do it! I've got a whole list and may have to take some off in sheer self preservation. :?

I guess that's not true. I have a patchwork quilt that I have had the blocks done for for a couple years and have not been brave enough to finish. I have only completed the one quilt (my cat one) and I guess I should put this one together too. I might as well get it done while I am out of work. I just am not sure how to put it together.

Well, there are a lot of helpers around here.....go for it. You don't want to be like the rest of us with a stack of UFOs. Best to start your quilting life off right by finishing projects right away! My first quilt top from about 10 years ago is at the quilter's as we speak, along with my most recent completed top (current avatar). What a relief not to have it in a box with me wondering what to do with it. I say, better to finish it without perfection than to have it unusable...cluttering up your space and mind.

You are so right. Thanks for the advise. You are right. I felt so good when I got that first one done. Thanks.
