    I don't have those but they are Cocks Comb,that is so pretty.

    These beautiful plants are very easy to dry-just hang them upside down(with a sack around them if inside because zillions of seeds fall out till they are dried),then enjoy them for several months or longer! They come in reds, pinks, and yellows. Gorgeous flowers!! Nothing difficult about growing them or drying them.

    your beautiful plant is called a "cocks comb" because it is suppose to look like the comb on top of a chickens head

    Yes that is what it is. They make beautiful dried flowers if you cut them before they start going to seed. Just tie something to the stems and hang them upside down in a dry place. You can use them on wreath's and all kinds of things once they are good and dry.
    Cutting the flowers just makes it bloom more, so it won't hurt the plant.
