    #2 because it looks more balanced to me and you can do some intricate quilting in all that white space that will only add to the beauty of the quilt.

    I like #1 by far the best.

    #2 is not bad, though. I just don't care for wider borders.

    #3 - the four-patches in the border are just distracting to me.

    I agree. #1 also seems more relaxing to look at. Less jarring.

    I like #1. The borders are great and set off all those wonderful colors perfectly. What a great quilt.
