I'm going to a retirement dinner tonight with a luau theme...I've pulled a long Hawaiian dress out of the back of my closet that I wore 42 years ago (somehow I remember the number of years as that's the night I got pregnant with my youngest. No need to worry about that anymore!

All joking aside, roast beef tonight, fish tomorrow and I think burgers on Sunday!

I am feeding DH and his son Hot roastbeef on lightly toasted bread and a veggie. No meat on Friday (lent) for me. Fish sticks and Mac N' cheese. Dh wouldn't eat this anyway. Comfort food for me.
