Get you a package of BearCreek Soup mix,it is very good and does not take all night to make. Add a Subway sandwich and you will have a great supper. Less than $10.00

Pat is having leftovers (cabbage, potatos and St.Patty meat) I made a big batch of corned beef on Sunday.

I am DONE with those leftovers so I am having home-made pizza bread. Not sure what I'll throw on but there's some stuff rattling around the fridge.

Pizza, home made. I made some meat loaf yesterday, and think that I'll add that to a flattened out frozen bread dough circle, add some meat loaf and a few other things. That is usually good enough for the entire dinner, since I add most of whatever veggies I have in the fridge or freezer. A lot of bell peppers, whatever cheese I happen to have, onions, lots of them that I've water fried with curls of carrots and maybe a small potato diced real fine and water fried with other veggies.
Something to drink and maybe a piece of fruit and that's dinner.

Boneless chicken breast, cooked on countertop grill & salad, seasoned the chicken overnight in the fridge (not a necessary step)

Ok you all need to come to my house to cook for me - I'm really tired of cooking! I love to cook so its not that - its the planning and thinking of the ideas so we are not eating the same thing.

When I was growing up - Monday was meatloaf; Tuesday Chicken; Wednesday Spagetti - you get the idea....

I've run out of ideas - plus with soccer season in full gear I have to either cook in the crock pot or have something quick and easy because no one is getting home until 8!
