I made chipolote chicken , potato salad and sliced tomatoes. Iced tea to drink.... :D

I made 180 empanadas last night. Took 150 in to school (one for each of my students) and we had some for dinner last night. Tonight I ate a cheesestick. :)

Leftover lemon pepper chicken, mashed pot, broccoli and cauliflower w/ cheese and salad. Best friend came and helped! Makes it easier and more fun!! Now tomorrow? Who knows no more leftovers. Suggestions??
