Grilled salmon, with a fresh basil and dill sauce. Grilled on cedar planks on the gas grill. Frozen green beans, hyped up with some toasted almonds and balsamic vinegar. Sage, Rosemary and Pumpkin orzo (fresh pasta from green market) lightly tossed with sea salt and olive oil. And a glass of dusky Chardonney from Argentina (a bit dryer and smokier than California wines).
OMG - that sounds wonderful. Green market - oh how I'd love a green market! In summer we have farmer's market on Sunday morning. But that's it.

We're having left-overs and a salad. My daughter and son both recently moved out, one to college and one moved in with sweetie. I haven't figured out yet how to cook for two (it's been 28 years since it was just DH and I) so I am still cooking too much, - hence leftovers!

Yes, the green market close to me here... is on Sunday morning too. Luckily, my church has two morning services and one Sunday night service. Love it. There's also a ramshackle quazi permanent roadside stand close by that we locals call, "Killer Tomatos" - 'cause they always have local produce, including some of the biggest, baddest, reddest tomats anywhere.... they're KILLER! lol. I just picked up some Honeybells, local orange blossom honey, kirby cucs, and shallots from them yesterday. Can we say, YUM! ???
