Those caramel apples look delicious!!!

My son is home from college for the weekend...we made homemade pizza for supper...made the crust in the breadmaker, then topped with pepperoni, mozzerella cheese and green olives...I had 2 pieces...he had the rest. It was yummy!!!

We need your recipe for the chocolate caramel apples. I still buy the Kraft caramels and unwrap them piece by piece as I haven't found a easier way that tastes as good. Do you just melt Hershey bars for the second layer of goodness?

Grilled salmon, with a fresh basil and dill sauce. Grilled on cedar planks on the gas grill. Frozen green beans, hyped up with some toasted almonds and balsamic vinegar. Sage, Rosemary and Pumpkin orzo (fresh pasta from green market) lightly tossed with sea salt and olive oil. And a glass of dusky Chardonney from Argentina (a bit dryer and smokier than California wines).
Oh darn you! I was already feeling incompetent!

I put how to make them on my blog here: http://debzpicaday.blogspot.com/2011...24-of-365.html

I didn't have a recipe, just made it up myself.
