Had popcorn and a pear for dinner. I know, I know. But I went to Honey Baked Ham for lunch. Got home and got a migraine. Didn't feel like cooking, going out or eating. So, after a while I had popcorn and a pear.

Pulled pork in BBQ sauce over seasoned rice, with corn. And company!

Tonight, Saturday, it will be meat loaf, baked potatoes, peas and carrots - might bake some frozen dinner rolls I have in the freezer. Sunday we're going out to a Christening and the celebration dinner afterwards, and Monday will be today's leftover meat loaf. There I'm all set for dinner for the next few days so I can spend more time quilting. May in Jersey

Since I've spent the day researching "stuff" for my new/used bernina 180... I just threw a piece of salmon into the oven to bake. Then I'll go play with the new machine.

Snack-type dinner - nachos.

But for dessert, homemade caramel/chocolate apples!

Daughter is visiting from upstate NY, so we went to local seafood market and bought blue claw crabs and fresh oysters - it was a feast!

Went out with the in-laws. Had delicious southern BBQ. Yummy!
