    in 1980 I got one of the first Sears computerized machines. it was obsolete in one year. had big motherboard problems. Now i'll say about 11 years is my oldest machine.

    I have you beat LOL. I have a Viking 940 from 1980 and it is still working but recently the presser foot pressure wheel is not holding so it is like FMQ. I feel so bad. It was a workhorse.

    Hi

    My husqvarna viking lily 550 still sewing like a dream since 1998. Its sews curtains., blinds, clothes and quilts. Only been serviced regularly but has needed no repairs.

    Have a Pfaff 7570 for about 18 years and a Babylock Elissimo for 7 years, love both of them.

    Pfaff 1475 (I think that is the right number) and still use it after 40 plus years, I have had the presser foot become sluggish and that was a quick fix with the service, no parts. Love my Pfaff machines-7570 and CS.

    Default Janome Memory Craft 9000

    I bought my Janome in 1998 and used it like a little work hourse. The mother board on it just went which meant it was laid to rest as they do not make them any more.....i loved it ....another Janome was in order...
