Help---I need a hug!!!!!
#62
Beautiful quilt. I admired it twice as I gallopped by on my horse. BTW, I don't see any mistakes. Remember this isn't a museum piece (I mean this in the kindest way); it's a hug from mother and aunt to daughter. I guarantee you when you give it to her (and don't even mention the part you're unhappy with) she will think its the most beautiful thing she's seen in a long time. Relax and enjoy the sentiment of helping your sister give this to her daughter.

I think it looks terrific. Your niece will think it looks terrific and probably talk about how you put it together for her Mom for years to come. It is a double treasure for her since both her Mom and her Aunt made it for her. You can't buy that anywhere!

I think the quilt is beautiful. The seam that is off, must not be off much as I don't see it. Anyway, the love that you put into finishing that quilt for your sister is what counts. She will love it and so will her daughter.
It was so kind of you to do that. I will pray for your sister as I know about dementia. My mother had that, but she kept the beautiful smile thru the years before she passed.
