I can't tell Joyce to hide it remember she has short term memory loss she will forget where it is.

Tru put this into your mind. It not yummy candy but blobs of fat rolls in chocolate. Gross gross gross. Ewwwww now I feel sick.

what's for dinner tonight........
Spinach Bean Soup
1 bag fresh or 2 boxes frozen spinach
2 c water
2 cloves garlic chopped
1 small onion chopped
1 can white beans rinsed and drained
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
toasted italian bread
grated romano cheese
Put everything expect the bread and cheese in a pot. Simmer about 15 minutes. Put toast in a bowel. pour in soup. top with romano cheese
makes 4 servings about 130 calories per serving
