I like the alternating colors pinwheels the best. More interesting to look at.

i like the top with the alternating colors. For more color you could put strips between the blocks. Either way will be pretty.

Just my opinion, but I like the first one best.

I like the mixed. Babies are usually drawn to colors that pop! You are going to make some little one smile!
