It's amazing! You can see her tiny stitches and the colors are so pretty. Such a treasure!

What an amazing find and something to be cherished. My Mom made utilitarian quilts and none have survived 5 brothers and 2 sisters growing up on a farm in SD. Other relatives quilted, however, I was not lucky to get one of those - probably why I decided to quilt - so I can leave behind a legacy, so I won't be forgotten.

If you can't find the pattern, you can draw it out on graph paper then piece it.....I can help if that doesn't make sense to you. Just PM me.....

Thank you! I found the quilt under aunt Martha's creations. Its called Rosie Wreath Quilt. Yahoo! I'd love to make this one. It would be nice to do it by hand while camping. I like to sit by the fire and do handwork

It's an absolutely gorgeous treasure for you. Not sure what the pattern may be, maybe it was one of your grandmother's own. It is beautifully done and you are so lucky to have it!!
