I want to THANK everyone for their kind words about the quilts. I was truly blessed. IF I decide to sell any I will let you know. For the 2 wonderful people who offered to even quilt one for me WOW!!! I will also get back to you because I would love it!!
My husband was hurt and we have been running to dr's and hospital. This morning he have a MRI and waiting to hear back from the dr as to what is next. Its been rough something we didn't need. Not that anyone would need this but still paying bills from my last surgery. hes in great pain and can't and can't stand.
SO once things settle down I will have the time to go thru the quilts and get my mind in order will get back to you, Quilters are the best around

keep watching Goodwill, Thrift Stores and Salvation for new sheets for backing and quilt batting. Check with the Senior Center to see if they have a program that if you quilt with them they will help you quilt yours. Good way meet some nice ladies and spend an afternoon or two. These are beautiful quilts. It seems a shame to let them go to waste

What a shame is right, but if I were you, I'd contact a Quilt Guild and ask if anyone would be wanting one or two to "finish". People pay good money for these types of tops on Ebay......

I have a suggestion: Do you have a friend who might be willing to buy batting for you for a top she might receive as a gift in return for the top? You both could benefit from that trade.
