I realize that you might not get down to my reply but as you can see from my online name I am a Hawaiian quilter and have done King size Hawaiian quilts. I am amazed that you were able to do this with your sewing machine and even do the outline quilting on the machine.Good for you! It is beautiful. It would be interesting to see what you could do with some of the larger patterns. Jan :thumbup:

Sounds like the Crazy Short Cut Quilt method. I have used it for a quilt made from Hawaiian Shirts (see my Avatar) and using it right now for a Memorial Tee Shirt quilt.
