Went to Apple Hill yesterday and now have a box of Golden Delicious as well as some galas. I made applesauce last night and pork chops. Our Honey Crisp apples from Larson's were sold out in 4 days after they were put out. Next week Mutsu are supposed to be ready. Our Apple Hill is just above Placerville - not too far from where we live. Glad we went yesterday as it is raining today.
