patchesnposies hope things go well with your son. I'm working on my mug rug. It will be out in the mail tomorrow. All the swap partners do nice work. So different each month.

Hi everyone! We're now home from our holiday in the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, Scotland & Iceland. It was a whirlwind trip, since we had less than 2 weeks. Our youngest daughter lives in Iceland. She moved there last year, so we've been planning this trip since before she left! In the meantime, we got a wedding invitation from hubby's nephew in Ireland, so we had to arrange everything around the wedding date. That's why we ended up in Iceland in winter! Yes, winter -- we experienced rain, snow & sleet, as well as 40mph winds -- in Iceland. Should've known, huh?

So now I have to get my head back in our time zone. My brain is still in Iceland, or somewhere far east of here. I have to think about what I want to make. Hmmmm .... not easy today, but i intend to start pulling fabrics anyway. That may give me some ideas. Laundry cane wait, right?

Does anyone know if Linda Dugas (ljdugas31) is okay? She hasn't been on the QB for a month. I've tried sending her a PM with no response.

    Karen,

I haven't been on much myself, but no I haven't any news about Linda. I hope she is okay! Please post and let us know if you hear from her.

My son, Mike, goes in to surgery this morning at 7:30. Please think of him and send good, healing thoughts his way and keep those prayers going upward if you are so inclined. We appreciate them more than you can know.
