Beautiful June finishes, everyone. Sync....absolutely stunningly gorgeous finish...phew!! How exciting to have this complicated quilt done. Rock on!!

Connie...that patriotic quilt is wonderful...well done.

Following my trip, I dove back into Green Tea and Sweet Beans quilt (polka dot heaven) but while I was gone I took some applique with me and started a Classic Santa applique quilt....on my gosh, you guys... I have 2 WIP? YIKES. When does a WIP become a UFO? And, I keep forgetting about the Summertime Block swap blocks I received that I haven't done anything with yet. I keep waiting for inspiration on layout so I guess I have 3 WIP. Pass the smelling salts...

Currently, no UFO's for me since, in June, I donated those pizza box orphan blocks to a church sewing group.

Finally got a finish for 2018! This is a Bonnie Hunter scrap quilt on her website - can’t remember the name of it. Already donated. Linda in Missouri

Don’t know why it didn’t upload. I’ll try again later.

Congratulations on your first finish, Linda!!! Will look forward to seeing the BH....I can completely understand why these take long time for some. Her quilts are like full-time jobs... Geesh... Good job on staying committed to it...

Default Ugly UFO finished!

One ugly finish for me. This is a table runner that was one of the early train rides #5. I wasn't disciplined in understanding what she was saying about color relationship on her choices so I choice poorly. I have learned so much over the years. So I used this one to practice FM on my machine. I am not fond of it, but others may be, so it might go to charity soon.

The colors are much brighter in the photo than in person.

It is so NOT ugly....I like the colors and that block is one of my favorites (I don't know the name but I think it's folded edge....the first one) Congratulations on finishing! I know what it's like to not like something and force yourself to work on it. That's why I donated my orphan blocks cuz they were brown. I have to be in the right mood to work with brown. Lol... Someone will love whatever the church ladies create with them.

I'm still rolling around in my polka dots...I should be done with this quilt top this week and then onto the applique borders. I joined the next wall hanging swap and since my dots are out, I may do something with them for the swap. I've never done this swap before but the swappers create some fun and beautiful stuff... Sweet group of people there too.

Thanks all for the nice comments on my Allietare finish.

Dedemac - that certainly isn't an ugly table runner. Remember even the plain Janes need some love.
