Here in New Orleans, we are famous for our great food, music and the "French Quarter", and I don't mean Bourbon Street. The "Quarter" has so much more to offer like The "French Market, "Moon Walk", "The Cabildo", "Jackson Square", "River Boats", "Cafe du Monde", "Jazz Fest", all kinds of festivals, sightseeing, etc. I like to go down and browse in all the shops. It makes for a fun day.

Pueblo, Co, the city of trees. They are very beautiful fully leafed and so tall. I wouldn't complain if they got rid of the cottonwoods and put in some maples.

Jaycee's World Famous Bucking Horse Sale. It takes place, every year, the third weekend in May. People from all over come for this event.

South St. Paul,MN. We use to be home to 2 packing plants, Armours and Swifts.
The have been closed for many years now. I think we hold the record for the most number of years of going to State in Boys Hockey but have never won. I think it's like 23 times. But the girls have won a few times. PS. I'm not a hockey fan.

At one point in time, my little town was in Guinness Book of World Records
as having the most churches per capita. We also have John Brown University.

Lake City was my hometown. Always went to the springs for swimming. Loved to tube down. And liked to go over and swim at Blue Hole where there weren't so many people (at least WAY back then). One of my good friends who still lives in Lake City performs with the Ft. White little theatre sometimes.
