I have a choice, lol. Either grilled cheese with ham or cornbread and milk for supper.

Husb cooked up a whole chicken yest. Right now he's making homemade noodles to go w it for tonite's supper. He also made an apple and a cherry pie yest. I usually do the clean up and dishes. I don't mind at all! Since he retired he's doing most of the cooking.

Rats in Blood.... :D

Found the recipe here and I am dying to try it. I am sure the kids will love it. They are super excited about eating something spooky for Halloween.

Sundays growing up was always a roast. So this week, I had roast with potatoes and peas. I am not sure why I always have to have peas with a roast.

Will get home late and have to leave early to go to the local fire station to hand out treats. Egg salad sandwiches and home canned tomato soup. Bet there will be a candy bar for dessert!

We're having green chile chicken enchiladas in honor of my youngest daughter who is here visiting. They're one of her favorite meals.

Are you a neighbor of my cousin TimmyC? He's the one that gave me the recipe that he got from a neighbor. That stuff is to die for.
