Went to an estate auction this morning. This afternoon watched college football and napped. In a bit, when DIL gets here, we will head to an elem. school tenderloin fry. We will pick DS up at the field where he is chisel-plowing so he can go eat with us. It has been a very relaxing day.

Well, got up and prayed and read my bible and other inspirational book and got on the
internet to find out what was on the QB while watching my sewing shows on TV. Then put
a big pot of soup beans/ham on to cook for supper and then went to church where we work
on different projects for our community for a couple of hours. We do this the second Saturday
of every month.

Fed cat and DGS. Let hens out and fed them. Then the fun stuff - marked out my kaleidoscope quilt for quilting (found that my microwave plate makes a perfect sized circle). Answered a bunch of 11 yr old boys questions, looked up Harpy Eagles to show him my favorite birds. Then did about 8 of the quilt circles - 1/2 circle at a time! Sent child home (next door).
Now I'm talking to you!! Any other questions??

I have only been feeding my face, and checking e-mails. Finished knitting a tiny sweater last night that had real sleeves and body and is only 2 inches high by 1 and 1/2 wide. With the sleeves, it is 3 and 1/2 inches across. It is a tree ornament. It took forever on double 0 double point needles. I may NEVER try that again.

Started a 9 patch pizzazz out of a rose fabric for DMIL for Christmas and have discovered already I don't have enough fabric to do as planned... found it on ebay & ordered it. Now need to put it aside and get out another project... It's a cold, windy and rainy day in Seattle so perfect for sewing!
