    Default long-arm quilting

I think I saw somewhere on here that there are long-arm quilters for hire. Can anyone give me more info? What is the typical cost to have something quilted? Thanks!

There are several factors to take into consideration regarding price. First is the size of the quilt. Most longarmers charge by the square inch (width x length) or square foot or square yard. The cost then varies depending on what type of quilting design you want. It can range anywhere from $.01 per square inch for an overall meander to $.07 or more for heirloom quilting. In some areas of the country the prices are higher than in others, so that will have a bearing on it too. Unfortunately, there's really no way to say what a typical cost would be without knowing more about your quilt in particular.

Depends on where you are located. I am in line with others in Eastern IA, $.015 per sq inch on most E2E designs. The custom costs go up from there.

I would like to be listed on that part of the site. How would I do that and where do you find that on the site?
