When I look at my first quilts I wonder what I was thinking. My skill level has improved and color choices have changed. If I did not start there, I wouldn't enjoy the quilting today. Your quilt is wonderful!

1. Your quilt is NOT awful. Now cut that out!
2. You wisely chose a simple design for your first. Good thinking!
3. Your color choices were excellent. See how well this is going?
4. You actually finished it! Finished is better than perfect.
5. All of us improve our skills by trying new mistakes with every quilt we make. Look forward to the next one.
