I use all of my quilts and hope whoever i give them to is doing the same. I started quilting because i love the idea of something being so beautiful and useful. I only use quality fabric and have never had a problem.

I make things to be used. Sure, they may need repair eventually, or even a new one made. But that's ok! Let me know and I will do it.

Yes it was nice getting to use my moms wedding gifts when we moved back to town when my kids were half grown, but how sad that she never used them.

I use mine for comfort, and display. My grandma didn't believe in saving bed linens as I told her I wasn't using my wedding sheets because they were so pretty. She asked me how I would feel keeping them in the package never using them and what if the house burned and I never used them. For me that was enough said...........use it up......calla
