I thought about Christmas too... but not sure. This is my third large quilt.... even though I have been quilting for years...love those minis.... My stash only has 1 yard cuts.... so will have to do some shopping.... Here is what I have come up with... I will need more of E.... could get more of bottom two also... what do you think?

Thanks Judy, I have something to sew today, will post when I'm done. I've been drinking too much coffee and spending too much time on the internet this morning....better go get dressed first.

jaba - couldn't find what you used before.
But how about swapping D and E -- use that wonderful floral as E. if you swap, the lighter blue will be fine as D.

When I said there is a bit of wiggle room in the yardage given, in most cases it was 3 to 5" extra. So, that said, you might have enough for the E for example, if you have only a yard, but if not, the dark dark would be a good choice for the sashing. I wouldn't use it in the quilt because I'm afraid it would be too stark with your light and medium blues. And as for your A, remember 16" of that 44" was for a border which could be a completely different fabric, meaning you would be using 7 fabrics - a different sashing and border from what is used in your quilt.

Hmmm! I reduced their size and only pressed upload once for each set. I know other members are having the same problem with double-loading. My size was set at 480 so I don't know why they turned out so big. Oh, well.
