I like that a lot, Judy. What a great FQ project. It looks like all of the center squares are from the same FQ.

OK, here are 2 quilts I made from my stash:

This is the downside of using stash. I think the border on the floral is too wide, but I didn't have any more of the print or dark green for more blocks. When I quilted it I tried to extend the block into the border to kind of mitigate this, but more blocks would have been better. Still like it and I think the recipient will like it also.

Wow Paperprincess...I love them both but like the optical illusion of circles one best. Lucky neighbors!

Well, I blew it with Connecting Threads fabric clearance sale. Used up one of my basic blender fabrics so needed to replenish it. AW SHUCKY DARN!!!!! At least my next two lap quilts came from my present stash.

I'm so proud of myself. I finished a quilt (not from stash - a block of the week purchased a year ago). But I was pondering the backing and had just about decided I'd have to go out and buy something because nothing in my stash was working for me. Then I had an inspiration - pulled a fabric (which I don't like very much) and paired it up with 2 yards of leftover fabric from the top/borders. Voila - one pieced backing. And once I combined my "not loving it" fabric with the border leftovers, I think it looks great. It's all planned out, and I'll sew it together tonight. 5.5 yards out of my stash, and nothing in for this backing!!

Princess, I don't think the green border is too wide. Both are very nicely done. Love the piano keys.
Krisakz, using back-art, even minimally is kind of cool. I try to do that where I can.

kristakz..please show the back when you finish. I like doing backs that have some personality, too!
