Default Wonderful customer service!!

I've been working for months on the quilt ...Anything I could do wrong I have. Cried and ripped, and ripped some more. Then the quilt was a couple of inches too short, so I figured I would make prairie points to solve that problem. Main fabric from Hancock's of Paducah was sold out!! Went back to Expressions In Threads in Le Claire, Iowa praying they still had my secondary fabric. It wasn't on the shelf!! Almost sat down in the floor and cried, when an employee walked up holding the bolt I needed. She had removed it from inventory to use in a project...perhaps a store sample, and allowed me to purchase the two yards I desperately needed which was exactly what was left on the bold!!
My heart felt Thank You for the wonderful customer service. You ladies have made my year and I will be back again and again.

I needed a fabric which happened to be on the cutting board. It was the last of the bolt. The gal who was going to purchase it changed her mind. I quickly asked around if anyone else was going to want the fabric. I begged forgiveness in lack of manners but I was desperate. The 4 ladies in line luckily and with a laugh all said "Been there".
