    Before I go beyond the point of no return (only one background piece) is this obvious (in a good way)? I will embroider the one black mid line in if this works and looks like what I'm going for.

    Gotta be the Death Star from Star Wars. Are you asking for what more you need in it? If so, i would suggest embroidered curved lines to detail the structure. Or maybe the final quilting could provide that.
