Your helpers did a great job holding up the quilt for that full view shot! :-) It's a big quilt and not so easy to take a picture of it. Wonderful finish, neat timing, and so fun to give to a mother. It seems like mothers always appreciate what their children make. :-)

It was my son's birthday last week, and I gave him the BH 2017 MQ, En Provence, that I made. It languished for months waiting for it's binding, which I finally sewed on in early January. It's not a great picture as the bottom of the quilt is cut off, but better than nothing! My biggest change to the pattern was that I did my own idea for the border, rather than using all 2" neutral squares as BH did.

Your border really frames the quilt. Congrats on the finish. Mine is still waiting to be quilted.
