Default I could use your great ideas

This wall hanging measures about 35 x 39. The pattern (from Quilter's World, Winter, 2017) just calls for a red binding. I think that may be fine, but wondered if any of you thought I should add a border first. I think I have enough green for a border, and then I'd add the red binding. It's for our church bazaar, so my taste isn't important.

It is so simple I would just go with the red and no green. It is very cute!

Red binding will set it off perfectly. It's lovely, and such a simple pattern to make. I see one in my future...

Audition different borders and photograph them.

Idea ... red flange, then a wide green border, then red binding.

    Great wall hanging!

I agree ... just bind it either in the red or a green.

Putting a border on it, may pull your eye away from the tree to the border,
and not keep you focusing on the beauty and simplicity of the tree.

I am sure it will sell it will be a popular item at your church bazaar.

Red binding, and nothing more. It's got such a great design, simple and modern, that I think all it needs is a red binding.

Red binding--this is such a classy wall hanging that it really doesn't need more. i bought that magazine and have kept it basically for that pattern.

I also like the idea a a simple red binding. To add a border would distract from the simple elegance of the design.
