Default Customer Service

I purchased a pattern from SewThankful for a tree skirt and they sent me the wrong one. Sent them an e-mail and they are sending me the correct one and told me to keep the other one since they made the mistake. Great customer service in my opinion. Will order again from them for sure. Just a nice holiday surprise.

Great to hear. Thanks for telling us. I had the same experience with Craftsy. Enjoy your patterns!

I really do think most on-line retailers want to do the best thing to keep buyers happy so they will buy again. The competition for customers is fierce and there are so many to choose from. I have had nice response from purchasing on-line. Thank you for telling us about your experience.

A little thing like letting you keep the first one comes back to them many times.

I've ordered from her for years. Best prices on Superior threads. Be sure to sign up for her emails to catch her sales, you won't regret it.

Good to hear about, grannie. I had a weird experience with Amazon lately. I ordered some Scotch tape, just one roll but it was the temporary type that I like to use when crafting...anyway, they sent me regular tape instead. I emailed them and they sent me the correct tape AND a mailing label! They asked me to mail back the wrong roll of tape! Can you believe that? Didn't cost me postage since they sent the label, but I did have to package up the little thing and take it to UPS store. Surely it cost them more to do that than it would to just let me keep it! Too funny!
