You need to level your table.

I agree with Sewgood. If the table is level the machine won't roll. In the meantime, until you can get the table leveled, you can put a clip on each side of the wheels to keep them from moving on the tracks.

i have one too you have adjustable legs on the frame and you have to level it. be patient it takes a while.
get a long level and start adjusting.

Leveling your frame isn't hard (you don't even need a level), it just takes time and several tries. I found that my new frame took several weeks to finally settle in place (due to soft flooring such as carpet with a thick pad), and I had to readjust a few times.

You didn’t mention which frame you have, but since you havethe Qnique, which is the same as the Block Rockit, I’m guessing a Grace Frame,so I think this video will help you. Buteven if you don’t have the Grace frame, the method is much the same for manyframes.

I use large binder clips to stop my machine.

First off Welcome to the board! Did you setup your machine and frame yourself? When I first got my machine the company set it up for me. I know that the men definitely had a long level. Good luck and I hope you enjoy your machine!

No need for a level...the machine is its own level! Just keep adjusting frame until it doesn't roll anymore.
