The worst thing that I have ever eaten was goat. We had goat burgers in the Dominian Republican.Well ,let say I took a bite and it went into the thrash. It had the taste of spoiled hamburger. Never again LOL

My mother was not exactly a great cook. To this day I can't eat cream of mushroom soup, hot tuna or toast with anything but breakfast. She put tuna in cream of mushroom soup and served it over toast. Hurl.

This has bee a fun thread to read. I am not generally a very picky eater, and will try pretty much anything...at least once. ;)
Some of the things I don't care for have been mentioned already....blood pudding and head cheese topping the list of dislikes. I don't like fresh oysters, but do like smoked baby oysters. Don't care for olives, and dill is a huge gagger for me...even the smell.
One thing several ppl have on their do not like list is liver. As a kid, this was a special Saturday morning treat for me, to get up early and have liver and onions with my dad before he went to golf. We were the only two in our family that liked it. My favourite was lambs liver...not as strong a flavour as the beef liver. Yum.
