I've lived in the heat my entire life, I pack water, and wear a wet cloth around my neck. And I only go 6 to 9 miles so I don't tire out. But thanks for the concern.
I got back early as I got a flat and had to walk about a mile until husband picked me up. I used a can a flat fix, it worked for about a 1/2 mile.

put a solid innertube in your tire... not as smooth of ride but you don't have the flats.

This worked really well. He usually only had to do it at the beginning of the summer and the kids bikes worked all summer.
Just a thought,

Only 2/10th pound this week. Kind of dissappointing but I did sneak a look on Tuesday and I was down 1.4 then so I hope it's just normal fluctuation and I will see a better losss next week. A better way to think is 2/10ths!! Yay! Another week with a loss.

Light and refreshing, this dreamy, creamy dessert is perfect for steamy afternoons. Great for scooping into cones, the frozen fluff won’t melt as fast as regular ice cream. Change up the recipe with a variety of frozen berries or fruits, suggests Debra. Debra Goforth - Newport, Tennessee
