    Chunk up zucchini and onion, put in pan with water and summer until tender. Drain off water and put in casserole dish.
    Add: 12 oz. sour cream.
    1 pkg. chicken flavored stuffing.
    Mix well and top with cheddar cheese.

    Bake @350 or 325 for 1/2 hour.

    do you make the stuffing first or just put the mix in with the seasoning package?

    Hi Norene, I made this tonight for dinner but made the stuffing first. It was so good. I will try it next time without making the stuffing first. So easy. There were no leftovers. Thanks!

    i really need to start saving these recipes for zuks i know have over 100 cups of it shredded in my freezer and didnt even have to put in a garden to get it our fav is bread with it but i have been putting it in everything try it in alfredo sauce it was really good i sneak it into my spaghetti and meatloaf my husband got this recipe of yours from work but they put sausage in theirs we cant wait to try it!
