I go with the yellow because it's a nice contrast and also blends with the center of each of your flowers. You have some other very pretty colors that would blend well so you really have a nice choice..

I like your first one with the Yellow square replacing the 9 patch and white shashing. I do a lot of quilts. The sashing is supposed to be like a picture frame. If it too striking, all you see are the sashing strips.

Beautiful vibrant colors in the plates! I know you have already made your choice but I think I would have gone with more vibrant sashing, say a rich golden yellow. That's why I love these design questions, everyone has a different opinion, makes me think outside the box. Can't wait to see this finished. Please don't forget to post.
