Birthing/Pillowcase Tutorial with pics!

Different parts of the country or "family words." I have always called pillowcases "pillowsheets." It makes sense to me that you put sheets on the bed, why not sheets on the pillows? People look at me like I've lost my mind. Oh, well, that's my story and I'm sticking to it.
