Put right side of cuff fabric to right side of jacket and attach so that it looks like binding, then fold to inside. As I recall, I ran it about 4-5 inches up inside the sleeve. I'm sure there are others who could tell you how to do this better than I can. I sort of made it up as I went along, since I didn't really know how to do it.
