Great tut Moonrise! Those are wonderful and you can never have too many potholders!! and such great gifts!
I have also used the 'not so worn' edges of thick terry towel when they have gotten too thin in the middle.. or washcloths.. Terry works great if you don't happen to have Insul-Bright on hand. (100% Cotton Terry Towels that is)

I'll probably make a bunch of these for Christmas gifts, and perhaps some for the potholder swap as well. ;)
Wouldn't they be cute in simple Christmas shapes, like bells or Christmas trees? :)

Terrific tutorial - must have taken you a lot of time to share all that with us. I am tired of the project I am working on and I am going to make a couple of these clever pot holders right now!!!!!

I agree- let us see what you are getting tired of. Perhaps we can inspire you. I was wondering if there is a place on this board to 'show off' our mistakes...mainly to make sure no one else makes them!
