You can also buy watercolor pencils at JoAnn's and Michaels.

So do these really wash out. I ask because I am working on one with a white on white back ground. I would hate for my line to stay in.

YOU ARE AMAZING!!! THANK YOU FOR SHARING YOUR TECHNIQUE FOR ALL TO SEE. i REALLY ENJOY HAND QUILTING BUT MY STITCHES ARE NOT NEARLY AS BEAUTIFUL AND NEAT AS YOURS. I MIGHT TRY YOUR METHOD. DOING ONE STITCH AT A TIME WAS WHAT I DID ON MY VERY FIRST QUEEN QUILT. IT TURNED OUT OKAY BUT YOURS IS SO MUCH BETTER. THANKS AGAIN FOR SHARING.

Gorgeous work! Do you enter your creations in quilt shows? Do you sell your work?

The Quilter's Dream I tried once was "request". For the quilt on these pictures here I used Hobbs 80/20. I like the very traditional look of quilt and I prefer the low loft ones because they are much easier to hand quilt. For one of my coming projects I am going to use wool again - it's also great for hand quilting.
I have a brochure from Quilters dream, Request is the thinnest loft.......Now I am soooooooo impressed. Your stitches are the beauty. The thinnest batting would not be so impressive with out your skilled stitches. Thank you I will domy best to locate this batting.
